1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide — no minimum purchase required.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days
    Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–9 business days

3. Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, express or expedited shipping is not available.

4. What carriers do you use?

We ship via Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Sendle depending on your location.

5. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at info@aussiejackets.com.
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.

7. My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Aussie Jackets is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

8. Do you ship outside Australia?

Currently, shipping is limited to Australia only.

 Returns & Refunds

9. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are:
✔ Unworn
✔ Unused
✔ Unwashed
✔ In original packaging with tags

10. What items are not eligible for return?

Items that cannot be returned include:
✘ Consumable or perishable goods
✘ Custom or personalized items
✘ Final sale or clearance items

11. How do I start a return?

Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with instructions.

12. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

13. How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds take up to 10 business days to process back to your original payment method.


14. What if my refund is late?

Please check:

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.

 Orders & Cancellations

16. Can I cancel my order?

Yes—only if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

17. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) are processed the same business day.

18. Why is my order delayed?

Possible reasons:

  • Peak season traffic (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday)

  • Severe weather

  • Remote/rural delivery areas

  • Carrier delays

  • Payment issues

  • Incorrect address entry
